Our eBeauty Promise
We want you to love our products as much as we do. That is why we established our eBeauty Promise - a guarantee that if you are unhappy with your products within the first 30 days of receiving them, we will refund them in full, at no cost to you. All returned products are subject to reasonable trial. We kindly request that all products are returned in their original packaging.
Information About Your Return
Returns to eBeauty.ca are free, but we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns.
Please allow fourteen (14) business days from the date you ship the package back to eBeauty.ca for us to receive the package and complete the returns process. You will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully.
If your product is a beauty appliance, full credit will only apply to those items that are returned with all parts included as originally shipped. Refunds will be made by the same method used for your purchase. You can check your account by logging in on eBeauty.ca or by contacting us directly.
Returns should be shipped to us using a pre-paid Canada Post returns label. Instructions to create a label can be found below. Returns received after 30 days may not be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.
Product Return Instructions
Step 1.
Create your pre-paid Canada Post returns label by clicking the "Create Return Label" button below. Once created, follow the form instructions to print the pre-paid return label. Please ensure that you enter your order number, found on the invoice which arrived with your product, in the "Reference Number" section of the form.

Step 2.
Repackage the item(s) with the original order invoice and, if possible, the original packaging. Make a copy of the original invoice for your records. If there are several items on your invoice please highlight the item(s) that you are returning. If your return contains items from more than one order, please enclose all invoices.
Step 3.
Affix the Canada Post pre-paid returns label to your package and drop off it at your nearest Canada Post mail box or post office. Visit
CanadaPost.com
to locate a post office near you. Be sure to affix the printed return label to your package over the original shipping label. The online return label also helps us identify your order and speed up the returns process. Keep a copy of your Canada Post tracking number for your records – you can track your return at
CanadaPost.com
. Without this tracking number we cannot help track your parcel.
