Seche was founded in 1991 with the sole purpose of manufacturing and distributing the revolutionary formula that would eventually become the infamous Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat. Initially marketed at professional nail technicians, the product was the first single coat, non-yellowing, fast-drying top coat that protected underlying polishes. Some 20 years later, there is still no other product on the market that matches it.

With the core of their brand firmly intact and tearing up the nail industry, the company would go on to produce a complete line of nail, hand, and foot treatments, establishing their philosophy to "provide the finest and most innovative nail care products to those who appreciate quality and innovation at a reasonable cost."
