How To Use It: For eyelashes, use once a day at bedtime, apply a thin line of MD Lash Factor Ultima along the base of upper and lower hair follicles to a cleansed face. Make sure your skin is clean and dried prior to application. One stroke should be sufficient. Wait one minute for product to absorb before applying eye creams. For brows, apply once a day to clean dry brow base using short upward strokes following the desired brow shape.
