How To Use It: Place a gel pack in each pocket of the wrap. There are two rounded side gel packs and one middle gel pack. Make sure that the gel packs lay flat in each compartment. Heat to desired temperature in a microwave. Place disposable inner plastic cap on head. Fit the wrap over the plastic cap and twist the fabric at the base of the neck for a secure fit.
